Dr. C. Aujean Lee (Assistant Professor, City & Metropolitan Planning) has recently published an article in Housing Policy Debate about what factors are associated with more community land trust (CLT) units, which are an affordable housing model for low-income households. The study highlights the importance of publicly-owned or operated CLTs. As part of the study funded by the NYU Furman Center and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Dr. Lee and her coauthors also created an online database of CLTs.
