Looking for a draftsperson to draw conceptual plans for small, thoughtful residential designs as well as plans for creative installations and projects, including a proposal for Burningman 2024. 3D modeling or rendering a huge plus, as is ability and interest in constructing physical architectural models. Part time/project work, can be done remotely with occasional face to face meetings; ideal for full-time student. Great experience for anyone interested in alternative designs and immersive, creative spacemaking.
Architectural drafting and some structural and steel detailing, taking sketches to detailed plans, including site layout, plans/elevations/sections.
Capable skill in autocad/revit. 3D modeling a plus Familiarity with Graphic standards more important that Building Code compliance.
