In consideration of being granted access to the College of Architecture and Planing at the University of Utah, after hours and weekends, I agree that;
- I will not loan anyone my University of Utah ID/UCard.
- If I lose my ID/UCard, I will fill out the "Lost ID/UCard" form and notify the University of Utah UCard office.
- I will abide by all the College of Architecture and Planning rules, including keeping all locked doors locked at all times and will not prop doors open

I understand that violating the above may result in losing UCard access to these spaces and may be subject to further relevant University of Utah misconduct and violation procedures
