Plotter Printing
The College has 6 plotters for student use. 4 are in the Architecture building in room 131 (next to the first-floor studio), and 2 on the third floor in the Fieldhouse. Students are responsible for their paper, so please check with your professor for their requirements before purchasing.
Access
Plotter Room hours - 6am - 12pm
Access to ARCH room 131 and the third floor of the field house is controlled by card readers. If your card is not working to unlock the door, please email CAP-BuildingAccess@utah.edu
Using the Plotter Machines
Rolls can hold up to 44 inch wide paper.
8.5 x 11 and 11 x 14 printing is handled by Red Print. Here is a link to Red Print. Local IT can give very limited support for these printers.
Bring your projects on a USB drive or email projects to yourself to access via the computers.
