To promote wellness and health in our college, we’re pleased to have our College Wellness Day from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Below is the schedule of events:
BYOYM: Bring Your Own Yoga Mat

Join us for some yoga to kick-off our College Wellness Day. Please bring your own yoga mat as limited mats will be provided.
Massages by LoDo Massage
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Faculty Lounge, RM 238
Pamper yourself to a quick, 10-minute massage from the professionals at LoDo Massage. Please use the sign-up sheet outside of the Faculty Lounge to reserve a time or stop by for walk-in availability.
Healthy Snacking Workshop

Do you find yourself starving in between meals and classes? Sit in on our snacking workshop to get some great snacking advice! Healthy snacks will be provided.
